Factors like speed of the workflow, allowable hardware upgrade, and many others, should be thought of as well.

Packages and pricing should be reasonable affordable. Although there might be additional charges for certain features, but the basics should already be in one package. The payment is then arranged whether it can be an annual basis or monthly or quarterly. It also depends on them if there are charges for certain upgrades.
