Minecraft is a sandbox game which has sold millions of copies for the PC, Android and iOS mobile systems as well as Xbox 360. The game involves a player having to travel around large virtual environments to construct different items with blocks. This is all done while avoiding hostile mobs which may attack players and also while keeping one's body under control. There are many reasons why Minecraft is as popular as it is and will continue to be popular as more people begin to see what the game is all about.

A Creative Experience

Minecraft allows anyone to be as creative as one wants. There are multiple modes to select from including the creative mode, which allows the player to use their creativity and build all types of things without having to worry about taking damage from enemies. And then there's the survival and adventure modes which offers an enormous amount of missions for the player to choose from, accomplished all while attempting to survive. Players can use this mode to construct large buildings and design other environments that may be shared with other players from across the world.

A Variety of Things

Minecraft provides players with a huge variety of surroundings and different tools which makes it easy to navigate. The number of landscapes in the game is especially impressive. Along with the environments, the game offers a bunch of blocks to play with. You can utilize the blocks in various ways due to their specific unique properties. There's also a huge number of trees, monsters, weapons, building tools and special potions to utilise throughout the game.

Fun Enemies

People can play against a bunch of enemies in the game. To keep the game even more interesting, you could switch between fighting the multitude of enemies in the game, to helping other players within the game. Some of the enemies in the game include Blazes, Cave Spiders, Spiders, Zombies, Wither Skeletons, the Endermen, and several others.

Easy to Operate

The game easily runs on a variety of devices thanks to its unique block-style interface. The Android and iOS mobile systems can easily run Minecraft. With the PC version, it is able to run on any of the major operating systems. A player only needs 90 MB of space and 2 GB of RAM to run the game too. Compared to many other games, these system requirements are much lower.

Easy to Share

Sharing things in Minecraft with other players is quite easy. Minecraft allows players to produce and share an enormous amount of items in numerous forms. You may also create and share texture packs that change the looks of the game with other people. Also, you are able to share survival and adventure mode maps with others. And if that wasn't enough, players can customize their characters appearance by downloading various custom skins. The various places that individuals can download these from makes it much more appealing.
